• Item list: furniture, lighting, décor, textiles with references, links and room allocation

Turnkey Styling (Phase I + II)

Everything in Design & Selection, plus::

• Coordination & author's supervision of the whole process - stage planning, managing contractors and suppliers, quality and timeline control

• Extended item list: finishes (paint (NCS/RAL), wallpaper, flooring) - as a specification for contractors

• Procurement: sourcing by availability and lead time, approval before purchase

• Access to trade discounts where available

• Order and delivery tracking, communication with stores and logistics

• Organisation and oversight of cosmetic works and specialists

• Final styling: furniture and décor arrangement

• Basic cleaning for move-in or viewings - by contractor

• Photoshoot preparation and coordination
